Financial Affairs Management
- Manage incoming bills and bill payment
- Deposit checks and balance bank statements
- Organize and prepare monthly/annual receipts and statements for client's tax accountant, financial advisor(s), and stockbroker(s).
Business Affairs Management
- Organize and prepare documentation for client's attorney
- Maintain documentation/records and oversee client's personal business transactions
- Initiate and process all business, household, and automobile insurance bills, forms and claims.
Medical Affairs Management
- Create and organize client's medical claim files
- Initiate insurance claims
- Escort client to medical appointments
- Establish excellent communication rapport with client's medical providers.
Personal Affairs Management
- Monitor activities of in-home caregivers
- Assist with and oversee appointments for household maintenance
- Assist with travel arrangements and airport check in
- Provide short-term companionship
- Assist with all phases of relocation including inventory and sorting of goods for relocating to a new residence
- Assist in arranging for the following services: professional financial, legal, medical, in-home caregivers, preparing meals, housekeeping, gardening and other needs as required.

Three years experience as a Business and Personal Affairs Manager and Care Manager for independent seniors; activities include all aspects of financial, business, medical and personal affairs management; Responsible for preparing in-home caregivers' weekly payroll, quarterly tax payments, EDD documentation and social security payments.
15 Years experience in Project Management for Telecommunication and Internet Telephony projects; 15 Years experience in high visibility Customer Service environments with a successful track record of satisfied customers.
Licenses and Certifications
Registered Private Professional Conservator; Commissioned Notary Public; Certified Tax Preparer; Successfully completed Income Tax Law course to better prepare client's income tax documentation for their accountant or tax preparer; San Mateo County "Friend of the Court" Conservatorship; Bonded; References.
